Wow...haven't posted in a week! Things are going GREAT! Have not cheated one bit ;)
Put on some jeans this weekend and the waist was way too big....yipee!!!
I just noticed something today...I think It's a bonus: BETTER COMPLEXION!
Bought my first eggplants this weekend...yum! Made eggplant parmesan, which Audra ate 3/4 of! Also made whole wheat zucchinimuffins...yum!

Why go Vegie??
After years of yo-yo dieting and analyzing my "triggers", I decided to go Vegetarian and no sweets or sodas. I'm not totally laying of sugar, but use honey where possible, and avoid baked sweets, candy bars, etc..
The time has finally come for a LIFESTYLE change. No more recording points or liquid diets. I chose this because I think it's something I can do for the rest of my life. I eat 3 meals a day plus snacks. I bought a GREAT recipe book and have been prepping meals in like 15 minutes. I'm eating sooooo much healthier! So much more vegie & fruit in my diet!
And, since I don't eat meat, there's not much temptation to go near a fast food place!
